Who We Are
Edsential is a Community Interest Company, created and partially owned by Cheshire West and Chester and Wirral Council. The company remit is to directly reinvest any profits into improving services and supporting progress in schools within the community, to improve outcomes for children and young people. Edsential supports schools with Catering, Cleaning, Music, Residential, Governors, Creative and Performing Arts, Learning Outside the Classroom, Health and Wellbeing and Holiday Activity Fund.
Our aim is to ensure every child leaves school physically literate, inspired and enthusiastic about participating in physical activity and with the knowledge, skills and motivation to equip them to feel good about themselves.

Edsential regard safeguarding with the highest priority. Applicants for posts will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes. The successful applicant will be subject to relevant checks and enhanced DBS.
